Label the existing manhole with the City’s manhole number (22-141) where the sanitary sewer extension begins. Note that that the connection to the existing manhole does not meet the minimum 0.2’ drop requirement, revise as appropriate.

A cut in wye connection must be used for the building sewer stubs, as tees are not permitted. Stubs are not allowed directly from a manhole. Extend the proposed sanitary line and relocate the last manhole so that a cut-in wye connection at least 4’ from the manhole can be utilized for Lot 10F. Show the stub locations in the profile.

08/14/24 Wednesday JMJ (Fleshman Construction) Contractor began the installation of the 8" SDR-26 sanitary main starting from the exist MH that was cored in last week. Approximately 63' of sanitary main was installed today. 08/15/24 Thursday JMJ (Fleshman Construction) Contractor continued the installation of the 8" SDR-26 sanitary main stacking MH A1 and beginning. the construction MH A2. 08/16/24 Friday JMJ (Fleshman Construction) Contractor continued to install approximately 375' of 8" SDR-26 sanitary main. Contractor plans to pour inverts and collars at 1:30PM today for MHs. 08/19/24 Monday JMJ (Fleshman Construction) Contractor plans to use backflow around sanitary MHs (ground stabilization) and stack out the MHs.
