10-28-24 BR Contractor excavated existing storm box on SE Hamblen Rd. to lower storm cover. Also contractor excavated for new storm box location with installing rebar for storm box floor. 10-31-24 BR Contractor poured storm box walls and invert on new storm box. 11-5-24 BR Contractor installed storm box lid on new storm box structure. The existing storm box was cut down to street level and existing 15'' RCP pipe is being excavated. 11-6-24 BR Contractor poured inverts on 1st storm junction box and installed 25' of 15'' RCP pipe coming out of storm box. 11-7-24 BR Contractor installed 25' of 15'' RCP pipe to 2nd storm junction box with box structure installed. 11-8-24 BR Contractor formed walls & lids on both storm junction boxes with #5 rebar. Ready for concrete. 11-12-24 BR Contractor poured lids for both storm junction boxes and back fill pipe.

  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
