On Wednesday 4-06-2022. Site Rite Construction began grading and tree removal for sewer location. Contractor mobilized machinery and rock for roadway entrance. We reviewed the erosion plan and found we need to altar some of the silt fencing out of the creek and change some of the locations the plans suggested fencing should go. On Thursday and Friday, 4-07 & 4-08-2022. Contractor resumed clearing and mobilizing. MH’s and pipe and rock.

On Monday, 4-11-2022, Site Rite Construction broke ground installing MH A-2 and approx 20 LF of 15” sanitary pipe. On Tuesday, 4-12-2022, Site Rite resumes sewer installation. Contractor placed approx 140 LF of sanitary pipe and back filled small area. Contractor breaking approx 1’ of rock. On Wednesday, 4-13-2022. Site Rite Construction resumed sanitary sewer installation. Very wet but contractor did place A-3 and approx 120 LF of sewer between MH-A-2 and A-4. On Thursday, 4-14-2022. Contractor resumes sewer install. Contractor can only install about 70 LF of pipe due to rock excavation. On Friday, 4-15-2022. Site Rite Construction began work but only installed 2 stick of sanitary pipe before left for the day as per General Contractor Mc Cown Gordon. They had reach their hours for the week and it is Good Friday.

On Monday, 4-18-2022. Site Rite Construction resumes Sanitary Sewer installation. Contract installs approx 100 LF of 15” pvc sewer and back fill pipe. On Tuesday thru Thursday,4-21-2022. Site Rite Excavating have installed approx 100 LF and A-4 Man Hole. Contractor also broke breaker bit. Took (4) hour to get up and going. On Friday 4-22-2022. Contractor resumes Sewer installation. Contractor installed 3 sections or 42 LF of 15” pvc pipe and backfilled trench.

On Tuesday, 6-07-2022, The contractor set approx 40 LF of 15” PVC sewer pipe and backfilled pipe. On Wednesday, 6-08-2022 the contractor laid 4 sections of 15” pvc pipe. Rained last night roadway to muddy to get to the project site. On Thursday, 6-08-2022. Site Rite Construction resumed Sanitary Sewer installation. Contractor installs approx 3 sections of 15” pvc sewer and backfilled.

On Monday, 6-13-2022. Site Rite Excavating resumed Sanitary sewer installation. Contractor installed approx 3 sticks or 60 LF of 15” pvc pipe and compacted. Contractor still moving slow due to rock removal. On Tuesday, 6-14-2022, contractor resumed sewer installation. Contractor installed MH-#7 and approx 30 LF of 15” pvc. On Wednesday, 6-15-2022. Site Rite Excavating Set last MH-#8 and back filled . On Thursday, 6-16-2022 the contractor installed the last section of ductile 15” pipe. Contractor found debris in the existing sewer the She Diggs it installed. Pipe and MH was jetted before Site Rite could tie-in there sewer.

On Friday, 6-10-2022. A proof roll was performed by Third party testing, the prime contractor the sub-contractor and myself. The locations were in front of the school and the (2) Cape St intersections. All locations passed proof roll for the contractor to place rock fill. Both Cape St locations will receive 14” of 3” base rock with geo-grid and then 12” of type 5 base rock. The lane installations are ready for curb and 1st lift of base asphalt. Some areas are to narrow to place asphalt and will have concrete pavement poured in Lou of asphalt pavement. On Friday, 6-10-2022 Kat excavating cut fill for roadway installation on SW Heartwood Drive. Contractor remove approx 30’ of existing curbing and prepared extended roadway to the south for the extended roadway.

On Monday and Tuesday, 6-21-2022 the contractor completed and passed air an vacuum testing for the 15” sewer system. On Tuesday 6-21-2022 Contractor completed and passed all vacuums test for all man holes and completed the grouting of lift rings and completed the flushing of the sewer.
