MH-C4 cone was hit during the back fill process and will need to be replaced. 7/14/21 14:00- Spoke to the foreman about putting everything on the 30 day wait time to start the testing other than MH-C4 that one will be put on the 30 day wait period when the new cone comes in and replaces the cracked one and they get everything sealed back up.

On Tuesday 2.1.2022 Two water samples were collected and submitted to Keystone Labs. Due to the sanitary being at 1% fall crew is tamping rock before the pipe and also tamping the rock cover after the pipe. Foreman also informed me that they are waiting on cones for the MH’s.

MH-C4 cone was hit during the back fill process and will need to be replaced. 7/14/21 14:00- Spoke to the foreman about putting everything on the 30 day wait time to start the testing other than MH-C4 that one will be put on the 30 day wait period when the new cone comes in and replaces the cracked one and they get everything sealed back up.

Curb installation is set for next day’s business. Proof roll passed for curb placement.. 11/8/2021 Contractor, JK Concrete completed curb placement and have progressed to pouring curb inlet throats and contractor, Randy Spalding is backfilling the curbing throughout the project site.

    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
