On Monday, 1-25-2021. A walk through punchlist for occupancy was conducted. Steve Robbins, Bob Berch and I represented the city of Lee’s Summit. Spalding Excavating, Redford Excavating, and Summit Homes development as was represented. Punch list items include curb replacement, CI grouting with lift cables cutting, erosion materials to be installed, water services completion Tracer tones and final inspections. Gutter buddies need concrete blocks installed in front of the buddies. Dirt piles need to be removed and a master drainage plan needs to be submitted.
