They began excavation for pull box 1 and fiber pull box 9 at Summit Woods. 4-22-20 They set pull box 1 and 9 at Summit. They set fiber box 8. They tied in remaining fiber conduit. All fiber conduit is installled. All signal pull boxes are installed. All fiber pull boxes are installed. All signal conduit and foundations are installled with the exception of pedestal foundations.4-27-20 Capital received and unloaded signal poles and arms for the job. 4-28-20 Capital pulled in signal cables for the intersection at Summit Woods. 4-29-20 They pulled in signal cable for Lowenstein.

They will have Mid Am Signal, ETI, and Rythem on site for the cameras. It is possible they will have 4 pedestal poles not in operation yet. Sidewalks will play a factor. The signal will have a 2 week flash time. 6-4-20 9:25am Capital is on site with Scott Koch. They are testing the signals and will put them in flash mode for 14 days. 7-7-20 Capital have set pedestals at Lowenstein and are close to finishing.

I spoke with Brinkmann about keeping there crews from using the roads. Brinkmann should only be using C road off Lowenstein.
