During the construction of Storm Line 1, the crew discovered that where Sanitary Line A crosses the storm line, the service lateral for lot 130 was set back 8’ ft short and was not going to allow for proper clearance between the storm and sanitary lines. After discussion with the water department the crew adjusted the service laterals to the correct stations and clearance was achieved. I verified the correct materials used for the correction (Strong-Back Fernco) and Lance Lewis from the water department was on site to inspect the correction as well.

JOHN DIMAURO 1/21/2021 IT APPEARS THAT DURING THE EXCAVATION FOR THE ELECTRICAL CONDUITS, SECTIONS OF THE SIDEWALK AND ADA RAMPS WERE UNDERMINED AND ARE NO LONGER INSTALLED ON A SUITABLE SUB GRADE. THESE SECTIONS OF SIDEWALK WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. PHOTOS ARE UPLOADED.
