They installed the new curb inlet box B-2 and ran the 34'ft of 18"RCP pipe between the boxes under the road. The collars for hte boxes are poured but they still need to pour the inverts. The crew also patched the 30" hole in the box culvert per the revised plan sheet # 26. *I did not inspect the hole patch prior to them pouring it. When I arrived, the hole was already framed in with plywood and the concrete was poured. Photos of the work are attached.

The City of Lee’s Summit Water Utilities department sent over the results from their camera and sewer bond inspection. The Redford crew is on site making the corrections to the sanitary sewer line per the bond inspection. The crew dug up the sag and made repairs to it, then they had their camera crew come out and inspect the line. They are backfilling the trench now and the 30 day wait will start today 4/22/2019. I will return later today for further inspection of the manholes.

I talked with the developer Doug Park and he said that Gordon Energy & Drainage was on site yesterday to identify the potential issues and will be out today to make corrections to the failed ESC devices.

The area around the creek needs to be graded and protected from site runoff. There is an area near the entrance of the site that needs erosion control devices installed to protect the creek. Steve Robbins and I met with the developer Doug Park to discuss the erosion control issues on Friday 3/6/2020. Doug said that he will get the areas noted protected and cleaned up asap.

The crew graded these areas down to final grade and has installed seed and erosion matting. The crew also graded along the creek and pond to help with the erosion issues there. Bob Cochran Concrete is on site replacing the sections of curb that were cracked and damaged. Public works bond inspection discovered sections of curb to be replaced and the crew is on site now. Pre pour inspection was performed and the sub grade and forms are set for the install. I will return for further inspection.
