The removal of existing 90 degree bend for a 6"X6" tee 2/90 deg bends with stainless steel all-threads to establish new grade. Water line was flushed after tie-in was completed.

09/06/24 Friday JMJ (Stark Boring-Scott) Contractor started yesterday began to excavate site to began installation of waterline. The contractor is planning a night shut for Monday. I will inform water of the shut on the private waterline & the fire hydrants that will effected. 09/10/24 Tuesday JMJ (Stark Boring-Scott) Contractor throttle down water @ Summit Shopping Center @ 1:30AM for a night shut to construct tie-in location. The removal of existing 90 degree bend for a 6"X6" tee 2/90 deg bends with stainless steel all-threads to establish new grade. Water line was flushed after tie-in was completed.
