7-6-20 Monday 210’ of 6” PVC was installed and a 6”x6” tee . 7-7-20 Tuesday contractor installed approximately 50’ of 6” PVC with 2/45 deg bends leading to a Hydrant assembly at the end of line. See project plans sheet C6.0 Coming out of the 6”x6” tee five foot 6” PVC and then 45 deg bend and then another piece of pipe & a 45 deg bend. Contractor will submit drawing as-built of this field change.

8/4/20 Monday Contractor (SDI) is installing Backflow Preventer as-built will reflect the change. They were unable to make new lid fit the old Backflow Preventer box so replacement was the sensible and was actually the original plan. I will continue to monitor progress throughout the day.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
