Water Main and Fire line was installed on project. 6" Water Main was relocated to reduce the amount of fitting and allow for assessable exaccess to water line if repairs are required. Installation of line include Fire hydrant that is still located in the same coordinates as per plans. Contractor will reflect field changes in as built. A 12"X6" Tee will need to be install to continue construction on water line for the project. A test shut has been schedule for 1/30/20 to prepare for installation of fitting.

The tap for the water service line was done by the water dept. this morning. The contractor has connected the copper service line to the main and ran it to the meter pit with copper and also has 10 feet of copper comiing out of the meter pit. They were covering the line with rock and then backfilling.

Curby’s Lawn and Garden has planted trees, bush and blew straw for soil stabilization. Inspector will check site throughout the Winter season to ensure soil stabilization remains effective.
