JULY 9, 2019 9:30am Upon inspectors arrival, Manhole 24 had been installed and some pipe had also been installed. Instead of a concrete invert, pipe will be used and top of pipe will be cut to make an invert. Field Inspection supervisor Steve Robbins inspected this and accepted the pipe to be used as an invert. 2:30pm Turner construction and Rodriguez Brothers construction has assembled approx 84 LF of pipe from MH 24 to MH 25.
