Heartland Heavy Crew was backfilling SS line SS-4 to SS-3. PSI Intertek was onsite shooting “blind” density compaction test. Density Technician from PSI was asked by Inspector to pick up a proctor in order to get a correct representation of soil being tested for compaction.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
