They were wondering where to put the tap since the valve was closer to the road. I had contacted a coworker to verify if there is a problem with putting the tap closer to the road and considering the drainage ditch being in the way that seemed to be the best option. The worker had asked how big the ditch should be for the tap crew and I stated it should be bg enough to be a safe hole for them to get in and that Water Department would let them know if it wasnt safe. I also informed them that they need to do make sure there is copper before the meter and 10ft after the meter.

Matt Munger 05/09/2018 10:46 AM Rawlin from She Digs It contacted me about an issue with the plans showing the valve before backflow in the wrong spot.

Matt Munger 05/10/2018 3:03 PM The meter was set at 12" when I arrived on site and did not meet the 14-18" requirement. The contractor corrected the issue and the copper was set at approximately 16". There was an adequate amount of clean gravel at the bottom of meter well pit. They did use a level to level out the meter well. They used copper past the 10ft minimum requirement.
