I let him know to call me for a pre-con meeting when they get closer to construction. I also let him know to call for an inspection once the ESC devices are installed.

Brice Lawson 07/26/2017 1:47 PM I met with Jay the concrete contractor and let him know that the infrastructure permit has not been issued. I let him know that the ESC devices would need to be installed prior to the permit being issued. I asked them to stop work on this site until the ESC devices are properly installed and the permit is issued. I also spoke with Cameron Hoorfar (the owner) and he is aware of the things that need to take place in order to obtain the infrastructure permit. Properly install the ESC devices.

Nick Lightner 08/17/2017 11:08 AM Meet with Jay this morning, he informed me that he will be pouring curbs today. He also informed me that he changed the ramp from the parking lot into the house I wanted him to have the engineer show that on the plans. I also checked the forms with him and informed him that the ramp is required to have the correct ADA slope which is 8.33% i told him if he had any questions to get a-hold of the building inspector.

Nick Lightner 08/31/2017 10:18 AM Stopped by and talked to Jay about what he had planned for work. Today they are pouring the curb on the east side of the job, and the sidewalk into the house. We also double checked the pour from yesterday. He needed to carry 2% min for the ADA walk which he is.

Stopped by the work on 9-18-17 to inspect the concrete work that was done last week. Check to make sure that the sidewalk was 2% or less. I found alot of areas that was over 2% I will be reaching out to the contractor to let him know that the sidewalk needs to come out and re-installed and I will let him know that it needs to be 2% or less again.

Stopped by on 09/27/2017 to double check the side walk to make sure it was under 2% it did pass this time. I noticed there's no vegetation and the parking lot still needs to be stripped and signed.

Your project is in violation of the Erosion and Sediment control policy. Talked to Ahmad and he informed me that the landscaping company should be over today or tomorrow to lay some sod.
