SIGN SIZE. The subject property is zoned TNZ (Transitional Neighborhood Zone). The maximum allowed sign size in sq. ft. for an attached sign (e.g. wall sign, projecting sign, etc.) is a flat 6 sq. ft. regardless of facade area. The proposed sign is 16 sq. ft., which is 10 sq. ft. too large for the zoning district under the sign code. Revise.
