FOR LEASE SIGN. A sign permit is not required for "For Lease(or Sale or Rent)" signs, but are still subject to the City's sign standards (i.e. maximum allowable size, number, location, etc.). The proposed panel sign complies with the City's sign standards. A sign permit is not needed until such time as a panel for an actual tenant is proposed. Staff will void this application.
