Thank you for confirming the "Magic Noodle" sign on the rear will not be an internally illuminated cabinet sign. Since it will not, please remove the white box arround it since it's misleading.

Confirm the width of the tenant space. On the rear, the width is shown as 30-ft. and on the front it is shown at 32-ft. It appears as though it may have been measured differently to allow for a larger sign on the front of the building. But the the facades for the tenant space should be equal.
