1. Canopy sign: "Section 9.080.B.2. If the building façade has an offset of five feet or greater, each plane of the building shall be counted as a separate façade." Proposed sign is much too large based on canopy facade sf. please revise. 2. door vinyl ok 3. monument sign has 6' max height requirement (for sign & base). Existing sign is legally non-conforming, to replace will trigger full compliance.

    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
