Signs B and C appear to be located in the public right of way. This could be a result of the low resolution, but please either confirm that it is placed on private property or revise to meet this requirement.

"No Dumping" signs are not considered construction signs when not associated with an active construction site. These must be follow the regulations associated with "non-commercial temporary signage", with the limitations of a maximum of two per building or lot and maximum cumulative sign area of 40 sq. ft. (Sec. 9.260)
Corrective Action Required

Warning signs that are less than 3 sq. ft. are exempted from sign permits and count limitations, provided they are located on private property. This could be an alternative route to compliance, although they are admittedly small for the intended use. (Sec. 9.050)
