A wireway is just another word for a raceway. The UDO defines a raceway as a metal conduit or channel containing the electrical power lines for illuminated signs. As the “wireway” would be defined as a raceway by UDO standards it is prohibited by Sec. 9.060 of the sign code. Please remove the wireway/raceway from the proposed plan.
