LOCATION. The revised temporary sign location map uploaded on July 13, 2023, shows the sign relocated back within the public right-of-way as was originally proposed and rejected. To comply with City ordinance, no sign may be located within the public right-of-way. The sign shall be relocated onto private property and shall not encroach into the utility easement located along the NW Oldham Pkwy street frontage.

TIME PERIOD. Temporary sign permits are only valid for a period of 15 days. Temporary signs may be displayed for up to six (6) 15-day periods per calendar year. Each time period is subject to the $50 temporary sign permit fee. In order to determine how many display periods are requested, what are the anticipated dates that the sign will be displayed? The previously made comment above has yet to be addressed.
