The proposed location of the banner is in MoDOT Right-of-Way (ROW). All signs must be located on private property. At this location the ROW is directly adjacent to the parking lot curb. It would look as if that the only viable location for the proposed banner is in the landscape island that projects into the parking lot along the western property line.

Temporary banner permits are only valid for 15 days each. Please provide the start date for the requested permit. Staff can issue up to 6 permits per year but they will need to be applied for separately.
