NUMBER OF SIGNS. Kohl's has three (3) existing wall signs. The maximum number of signs allowed by right is three (3). Installation of the Sephora sign will yield a total of four (4) signs. The availabe options to proceed with the Sephora sign are: 1) remove and replace one of the existing Kohl's signs with the Sephora sign so as not to exceed the 3 signs allowed by right; or 2) submit an application to the Planning Commission requesting allowance of a fourth wall sign.
