Partial Reroof of Lee's Summit High School at 400 SE Blue Parkway. Benchmark is the consultant for the school district and we have bid Package A work. 42,400 sqft of roof to be demoed down to substrate deck. New polyiso insulation and cover board 5/8" dens deck prime with a .80 mil Carlisle PVC membrane fully adhered. New sheet metal and downspouts will be installed. Lightning protection will be installed and recertified on the roof areas we are working. Adding an overflow drain to one bay that currently doesn't have any.
