-Irrigation permit required -Only partial approval of sidewalk on file -All front and street side door entrances shall be protected with a minimum of one light outlet having a minimum of sixty (60) watts of lighting (or energy efficient equivalent). Those fixtures placed below eight (8) feet shall be fixtures manufactured such that the light source is not "readily accessible" as defined in the adopted National Electrical Code (NEC). -Place basement egress window well ladder at front side of well, Ladder is currently placed under cantilever above -All sliding glass doors shall be equipped with a secondary locking device consisting of a metal pin or a surface mounted bolt assembly. Metal pins shall be installed at the intersection of the inner and outer panels of the inside door and shall not penetrate the frame's exterior surface. The surface mounted bolt assembly shall be installed at the base of the door. -Remove trash and construction debris -Label dedicated circuits is non-GFCI protected in garage and basement -Receptacles within 6’ of sink require GFCI protection, under kitchen sink -Provide water hammer arresters at washing machine connection -Ensure all receptacle and switch plates are installed

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
