Brice Lawson 06/11/2018 3:43 PM It appears that a track loader used to dig the foundation for this lot crossed Merryman Rd and caused damage to the public curb near the west property line. Make proper corrections to the curb. Proper precautions should be met to eliminate the possibililty of damaging public infrastucture prior to crossing the street with construction equipment. This inspection is labeled as a driveway inspection so the FEI will see it when the driveway is inspected and the flatworkers are in the area.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
