- Secure wardflex at fireplace. -support dwv throughout 48"o.c., support at mid span in stud bays.between floor levels . - fur out heat runs in at garagae wall. -firestop with 3/4" NOT loose insulation. -install garage door straps. -support roof over breakfast room.. -seal off 2 joist bays over garage from attic. - install header over front door. -missing studs at garage wall chase. -nail all joist hangers - fur down kitchen hood vent and firestop. -strap top plates at I beam kitchen wall. -Engineer or frame 2nd floor ceiling joist and rafters per plans. bearing on non-bearing walls. - frame roof over front bedroom per plans. -rafters over span rear bedroom , vaulted ceiling load on rafters. -protect romex ithing 6' of attic access. -over notched LVL hip rear bedroom. provide engineers report on max notch for bearing . -front bsmt josit span 15'10", varify joist span and grade of joist. -Low Psi gas line. - Missing beam post west of furnace. - triple 2x10 do not land on I beam west side of bsmt. - solid block all bearing points to beams. -support joist , landing , stairs. bsmt stair wall is not bearing .
