Protect wiring that is mounted to under-side of floor joists. 5. Protect wiring that is atop ceiling joists within 6' of attic access. 6. Install elec. nail-guards where needed throughout. 7. Electric receptacles shall be provided within 6' of any point along any wall equal or greater to 2'. (numerous deficiencies observed throughout, particularly in hallways, foyers, and at entrances to bedrooms). 8. Protect plumbing at top of master shower. 9. Support DWV piping every 4' (fixtures do not qualify as supports). *10. Complete installation of mechanical system (line-set and exhaust flue). *To be checked at final.* 11. Strap top-plate of load bearing wall on south side of MstrBR where bored for DWV. 12. Firestop underneath tubs. 13. Nail along bottom of siding on east side of building. 14. Install sill-plate anchors, per code, throughout garage. 15. Nail corner-framing per code. 16. Numerous studs have been spliced - provide full-height studs, from sole-plate to top-plate, of stud-grade material, throughout. 17. Construct / Install purlins, purlin legs, and ridge-braces per plans. 18. Solid-block floor joists at bearing points.
