1. Grounding conductor from UFA enters meter bank, but is not connected to anything. 2. Firestopping is incomplete. For example: every 10' along common walls; at ceiling level over each side of laundry rooms; sole- and top-plate penetrations; at either side of the short stair leading to the upper/rear bedrooms; etc. 3. Corner nailing. 4. Fully nail joist hangers. 5. Support DWV every 4'. 6. DWV piping run across attic access opening. UNIT 2230: Nail-guard plates for elec. wire at a few locations throughout unit. UNIT 2232: Missing ridge support. UNIT 2236: Hole in common-wall fire-rock at top of stairs to upper floor.

Do not cover Common items comply to all units, fire stopping of walls, dbl walls, heat chase from floor to floor and joist space, plumbing support, notching of joist, over drilled joist, nailing of 2x10 rafters to blocking for bearing. Fire wall clips, shaft wall needs to run to roof deck and 48" out each side. .2236 -Blocking of rafters front bedroom. Nail rafters to 2x10 blocks or support rafters per code. -Firstop flue chase 1st floor -Bath vent hanging out of garage ceiling .need fire stopped and furred around. -Heat chase 2nd floor bath or linen closet? Fur out. And firestopped. -Security blocking Bsmt doors. 3 stud bays each side of sliding door. -Support rear I beam full width , edge supporting I beam. -plumbing support 2234 -Bsmt cut joist north of slider notched for plumbing. -Wall bracing 2nd floor, install per code. -2nd floor bath vent hanging in bath room not connected in attic. -X bracing 2nd floor loose, over 45 -Missing joist hanger nails lvl front bedroom 2nd floor. -Rock on roof doesn't extend 4 ft front deb closet. -Fire wall north side over stairs incomplete to roof. -No shaft wall supports this unit. 2230 joist over kitchen over drilled, and within 2 "'of bottom of the joist . -Kitchen** Wall joist need supported topmplates cut for hvac install studs under joist . -Plumbing support. -Security blocking 3 stud bays both side of door Firstop 1st floor heat chase vert hor joist space . -Bath vent needs furred out in garage ceiling. - Missing joist hanger nails lvl in garage . 2232 -Missing joist hanger nails garage., joist hanger nails I beam over kitchen. -Firstop heat chase 1st floor. -Toilet flange incomplete mstr bath. -Fire wall above mstr closet doesn't connect to roof deck. -2nd floor bath vent hanging in shower. -X bracing over 45 front bedroom -Seal firewall at ridge north end .
