Brice Lawson 07/13/2017 1:46 PM The driveway forms are set and the rock has been compacted. It appears that there is not 4" of rock over the soil subgrade in the driveway approach area. Make necessary adjustments to install 4" of rock over the proposed driveway approach area. At the east side of the driveway approach. The driveway approach forms are set up so that the driveway approach for 3345 SW Jessie Cir. will intersect with this 3342 SW Jessie Cir. Bill Kenney and Sharon Rymer(the owners of these properties) have signed an agreement to be responsible for the concrete on their respective lots. The Joint Agreement For Shared Driveway is under documents and images.

Brice Lawson 07/20/2017 8:00 AM I left a V/M with Bill Kenney to have the property line marked at the curb and along the driveway so that we can verify where the driveway will be installed in relation to the property line. I asked him to have this done and then call me and we will come take a look and go from there.
