Installation of conduit, microduct, fiber and handholes on the north side of NW Colbern Rd from NE Douglas to the west side of NE Independence Ave. Then north on Independence Ave to NE Strother Rd/83rd St. We will be able to get off the road the majority of the route. Should there be an area where we would need a lane closure, I will submit a temporary traffic control permit request. Extended permit to 4/4/25 RB.
