When I received this project all the storm sewer had already been installed. This project has been on hold for several weeks because the gas line was too low and in the way of the new pavement, the gas company has been out relocating the gas line. While they were working they hit some storm pipe. I took a picture and talked to Jonathan Meyers, he is aware of the situation and so is the gas company.Steve Robbins 08/15/2017 12:30 PM

Contractor wanted to know if they needed a proofroll for the fly-ash. I called Jerry and he said yes, and they needed the compaction test results of 95%. He called Jerry and he is going to come watch the proofroll when they get a truck in.

I spoke with Jonathan Meyers from Sapp and Mike from Streetwise. Streetwise is planning on being in the area in a month or 2 as they are doing work for the city right now and they will touch up the striping that was done out of spec (per Jerry Smiths punch list). There is also a 1 foot wide section of asphalt that is the width of the street on Donovan by the ADA crossing that was put in out of spec, I feel like it has held up well over the winter and would be a bigger problem if we had them do it over. The vegetation has been established and those are all that was on the punch list. I spoke with Ryan about this and we decided to have an e-mail from Sapp saying they will correct any defects when they do the next section of ward rd., which is coming up soon.
