Brice Lawson 10/12/2016 7:27 AM On 10/11/16 Central Plumbing installed the remaining approx. 30' of 8" HDPE roof drain pipe on the north side of the building. This section connected to the 6" PVC pipe at the building and ran to the north. They installed the 10" HDPE roof drain pipe on the west side of the building with the 90 degree elbow fitting and a short section of 12" HDPE roof drain pipe. This section connected to the building and was installed to the west just past the 90 degree elbow fitting.

They connected to the building stub with a strong back fernco and ran the lateral pipe to the south approx. 95'. They poured flowable fill around these pipes at the point where these utilities cross due to the clearance issue. The end of the lateral is capped and marked with a 2 by 4 board placed vertically in the ground.

Today I talked with Mark and let him know that the 2 entrances on the public streets need to be asphalt with geo-grid and not concrete like the plans show. I talked to gene and kent and they agreed that it should be asphalt, only the entrance to the church should be concrete. I got a complaint on ashurst not being blocked off, the contractor put up a dirt berm in front of the road , a citizen said they were still getting in. I talked with the super today, they are planning on a proofroll for the rest of the parking lot, if that passes they will beging putting in rock and geo-grid for the remaining parking lot. Then I can get a proofroll for that. They also replaced fence around the storm box that backs up to the houses on ashurst.
