(excerpt) No person, other than a licensed contractor or employees of a licensed contractor, shall engage in electrical, plumbing or mechanical business, construction, installation or maintenance unless duly licensed in accordance with this section. Action required: MEP subcontractors are required to be listed on permit. Artusun must be licensed and listed on permit prior to issuance.

In the absence of definite information, values used shall be subject to the approval of the building official. Provide the following: - Engineer’s report, sealed and signed, to verify that existing roof structure will support additional load. - Roof connection/anchoring details sealed and signed by engineer.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
