2012 IFC 901.5- Installation acceptance testing. Fire detection and alarm systems, fire-extinguishing systems, fire hydrant systems, fire standpipe systems, fire pump systems, private fire service mains and all other fire protection systems and appurtenances thereto shall be subject to acceptance tests as contained in the installation standards and as approved by the fire code official. The fire code official shall be notified before any required acceptance testing. The fire code official shall be notified 48 hours before any required acceptance test. ACTION REQUIRED: Acceptance testing of the Fire Alarm System in each building will required prior to the final occupancy inspection of each building. Contact the Fire Department to schedule testing. Plan Sheet FA1.26 ACTION REQUIRED: Clubhouse Terrace Level - All addressable manual pull stations need to be removed from plan sheet FA1.26 Clubhouse terrace level. After a phone conversation with the (P.E.) Rich Beardmore a decision was made that the manual pull stations will be (X) marked off the plan sheets by the plan reviewer and a note added to plan sheets FA1.26 not to install the addressable manual pull stations on the terrace level of the clubhouse.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
