Met with David Gale and Bike shack owner- they removed walls and i told them what we needed to inspect. then they Opened without inspection. When i went in to address the issue with the owner. he told me he did all the work and removed the water heater and was going to relocate it. at that time they didn't have a working water heater. I told him work was to be performed by a licensed plumbing contractor. there was no interest in complying to my request. i was ignored so i left.
