907.3.1 Duct smoke detectors. Smoke detectors installed in ducts shall be listed for the air velocity, temperature and humidity present in the duct. Duct smoke detectors shall be connected to the building’s fire alarm control unit when a fire alarm system is required by Section 907.2. Landscaping. Shrubs and trees are missing near the back drive entrance and along the rear property line. Several shrubs appear to be in poor condition and may need replaced. One tree was blown over and will need to be evaluated as to whether is can be replanted or needs replaced. Trees and shrubs to be located along future parking areas shall not be required to be installed at this time.

The curb on Jones Industrial Dr at the NE corner of the property has been damaged will have to be replaced. This portion of the property has an approved final development plan which shows removal of the curb at this location for the future drive approach for Phase A which expires on January 23, 2016. If the building permits for Phase A are not issued prior to expiration, the curb will need to be repaired. Action required - Provide a letter stating that it is understood that the contractor/developer/owner understand that the curb must be replaced within a reasonable amount of time if the building permit for Phase a are not issued.
