The corridor walls required to be fire-resistance rated shall comply with Section 708 for fire partitions. Action required - Evan though the occupant load of the space is greater than 50 if all spaces are fully occupied at the same time, the occupant load on any corridor does not exceed 50 based on the configuration of the space. Therefore the corridors are not required to be rated.
