Expert from Sec. 7-130, Lees Summit Code of Ordinances. Action required - Our system does not show that Shamrock Electric has a current business license with the City of Lee's Summit. A current license shall be obtained prior to permit approval.

Lee's Summit Code of Ordinance, Section7-130.10 - Business License. It shall be unlawfull for any person to engage in the construction contracting business without first obtaining a business license as required under the applicable provisions of Chapter 28 of the Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances. Action required - Our system does show that Interfinish has a current business license with the City of Lee's Summit. A minimum of a Class B general contractors license shall be obtained prior to permit approval.

2006 IFC 901.2- Construction documents. The fire code official shall have the authority to require construction documents and calculations for all fire protection systems and to require permits be issued for the installation, rehabilitation or modification of any fire protection system. Construction documents for fire protection systems shall be submitted for review and approval prior to system installation. Action required: Provide as built plans for any alterations to the sprinkler or alarm system to maintain coverage. Provide a minimum of on alarm notification appliance in the conference room.
