LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. A landscaping island shall be located at the end of every parking bay between the last parking space and an adjacent travel aisle or driveway. The island shall be no less than nine feet wide for at least one-half the length of the adjacent parking space. The island shall be planted in trees, shrubs, grass, or ground cover, except for those areas that are mulched. The proposed development plan lacks the required landscape island at the west end of the parking bays adjacent to the one-way drive lane in front of the building.

ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT AND PENETRATIONS. It does not appear that any RTUs will be place atop of the proposed building addition. Please confirm that this is the case. As it relates to roof penetrations, all roof penetrations shall be placed in architecturally designed appurtenances. Small vent pipes may be painted to blend in with a roof to disguise their presence. Roof penetrations shall be shown on the plans to the extent possible.

Sheet C4.0: a. material callout needed for domestic water main. b. copper to be installed 10 feet minimum beyond the meter. This will neccessitate meter relocation, preferably to the southeast of the proposed building. c. meter needs to be moved away from building, see comments below. d. show location of public 6 inch (?) water main along south side of property. e. results of item "d" above may require change in geometry of building to achieve proper 15 feet minimum spacing from building foundation to outside of water main. f. 6 inch water main will be replaced by Water Utilities to an 8 inch in the near future, please be aware that proper separation is critical to the geometry of the building in relation to the public water main to allow for replacement.
