SPECIAL USE PERMIT (SUP) TIME PERIOD. The application lists a requested 20-year time period for the SUP. What is the justification/rationale for 20 years? FYI -- the City Council typically grants SUPs for 10 years for existing buildings/developed sites. Time periods of 20 years or longer are typically reserved for new construction projects (i.e., green sites) to coincide with the length of project financing due to the understanding that a lender needs assurance that the use will be allowed for the life of the project's financing terms.

VACUUM EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS. Please provide specifications for the equipment to the used for the vacuum stations, plus the equipment in the vacuum building. Please ensure that the specifications include decibel information for the stations, if possible, and certainly for the equipment housed in the building.
