This is not a formal correction, but a request to help the JaCo GIS group: on the east line of lot 4, please indicate that the 192.05 is the LOT DIMENSION. There are 3 dimensions listed there, and it could be clearer that 192.05 is for lot 4 boundary. We have already noted that 192.05 in our GIS.

All subdivision-related public improvements must have a Certificate of Final Acceptance prior to approval of the final plat, unless security is provided in the manner set forth in the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section 7.340. If security is provided, building permits may be issued upon issuance of a Certificate of Substantial Completion of the public infrastructure as outlined in Article 3, Division V, Sections 3.540 and 3.550 and Article 3, Division IV, Section 3.475 of the UDO, respectively.

The south line of the plat does not add up. 177.15+63.91+19.36+34.02+113.50= 407.94 Please revise to match. And there's no identifiable measurement on that part of lot 1, so have no idea what that measurement should be. Please make all lot dimensions clear.
