Please see comments related to the street and stormwater, and in particular, the detention basin and stormwater report. Additional revisions to the detention basin grading and outlet structure may be necessary, and thus this plan cannot be approved until the former is approvable.

Please see comments on the Street, Stormwater and Detention Basin plans. It appears detention to limit the peak discharge for the 2, 10, and 100 year events shall be necessary based on the results of the stormwater study. As such, the detention basin design will be changing. Please revise as appropriate.

It was our understanding the detention basin/retention basin was going to be utilized for temporary sediment basin. If so, are skimmers going to be installed? If so, a site-specific design is required for the skimmers. Please evaluate and revise if appropriate.
