Concrete Jointing Plans Sheets 23 through 27: Can the plans be a bit clearer in terms of where the longitudinal tied joints are located? As shown, the linetype is similar to the transverse contraction joint, and the joints closest to the existing pavement are shown overlapping a different line. We want to ensure there is no confusion in the field. Suggest labeling 1) transverse contraction joint, and 2) longitudinal contaction joint/construction joint in one (1) area of each sheet. This would eliminate the confusion. Please revise as appropriate.

Concrete Jointing Plans Sheets 23 through 27: The legend shown at the bottom is calling out a "longitudinal tied joint". This does not correspond to the details shown on Sheet 33. Please ensure the callout in the legend matches what is shown on Sheet 33. Also, suggest reference notes on Sheets 23 through 27 referring the user to the standard details. Please revise as appropriate.

Coordination with City staff is advised for the public improvements on Colbern Road. Craig Kholer is the Engineer in charge of the Colbern Road CIP and coordination would be advised to avoid installation and demolition of improvements.

Can the pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Douglas/Alura Way be moved in front of the median? Seems like its too far away from the intersection by placing the ramps at the PC of the larger curb return radii. This separation from Colbern will likely create conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles that stop at the intersection where drivers will naturally want to stop. It may be an angled crossing given the right turn lane offsets the sidewalk alignment.

The intersection of Douglas and Alura is mislabled.

Turn Lane tapers are too short and do not meet Access Management guidlines.

Based on the TIA provided with the PDP, Douglas Road is required to be improved from the south property line to the north City limits on both sides. Please revise the plans to correctly reflect this.
