To ensure the contractor is aware of the concrete collar detail shown elsewhere in the plan set, please provide sufficient notes on the plan view or elsewhere designating all manhole frame and lids within street pavement shall be constructed as per the detail shown elsewhere in the plans. Please revise as appropriate.

Please eliminate all references to "TEE STA". Wyes shall be required in the City of Lee's Summit, as tees are prohibited.

Please provide notes on the "manhole in paved area detail" discussing the orientation of the diamond in relation to the street. The City would like this installed so the concrete collar forms a diamond-shape when viewed along the street. Please revise as appropriate.
