Water Line F: There are two (2) crossings of Riley Loop which is not desired by Water Utilities. Please eliminate these crossings and keep the water line on one (1) side of the street. Please revise as appropriate.

The future water line loop towards Summit Mill may be eliminated. There is discussion about a second access to Blue Pkwy., and the loop can be installed at that location rather than as shown.

Sheet 6: It appears the water main is too shallow in some instances as shown on the profile view. Minimum depth of cover is 3.5 feet. Please revise as appropriate.
