Water lines crossing storm or sanitary lines should cross as close to 90 degrees as possible. If the crossing angle is less than 45 degrees, please use restrained joint pipe until there is 10 feet of separation. There appear to be many crossings that will require restrained joint pipe. Please revise the pipe or verify it is not needed for each crossing.
