Please see previous applicant letter (comment 1). I was not specific enough in the comment concerning where to end the line. It was revised in the latest resubmittal, but is extended across the entire street frontage of Lot 170 (now renamed as Lot 209). The water main should be shortened a bit, just far enough to serve Lot 209, and ending with a fire hydrant either inline or offset.

Water line should be extended around cul-de-sac bulb to serve lot 170. Design and Construction Manual does not allow for the installation of a private line from the meter that extends beneath a cul-de-sac bulb.

Sheet C307: Can the storm line be reconfigured to eliminate the need for zinc coated ductile iron pipe? It would appear the storm line could be lowered a bit to eliminate the conflict.
