Sidewalk is required along the east side of Longview Blvd. (major arterial) within the plat boundary extending from the existing sidewalk at 11th Street to the south. Sidewalk location shall be consistent with the ROW limit (future build of Longview Blvd.) similar to that which has been constructed north of 11th Street to Longview Road.

There exists an outstanding street light bill(s) due for prior years unpaid to City for decorative lighting per agreements. In the event the outstanding lighting bill(s) are not paid in full, the City may order the removal of all decorative street lights within the subdivision and replace with City standard lighting per agreement and all costs associated with removal and replacement incurred by City will be invoiced to the subdivision and subject to collections and possible legal action if not paid.
