In the event the outstanding lighting bill(s) are not paid in full, the City may order the removal of all decorative street lights within the subdivision and replace with City standard lighting per agreement and all costs associated with removal and replacement incurred by City will be invoiced to the subdivision and subject to collections and possible legal action if not paid.
